Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

These days a furious wind blew from the north and the bamboo in the garden gently bent, bent once more and bent again and again. When the storm was over, the bamboo sprung back, and stood there in its full grace with quietude.
The bamboo represents wisdom and humility, to bend but not to break when adversities come.
And with this symbolism in mind I have painted this Gentle Bending Bamboo, dedicated to my second motherland Catalunya, Catalonia, who under the fierce repression of the Spanish are peacefully and with integrity fighting for their independence, for the preservation of human and democratic rights in Europe.
My gallery presents calligraphies and paintings that breathe the spirit of contemporary Chinese and Japanese brush art. The main feature of my art work is to grab the moment of inspiration and express in its fullness with the brush. My medium is ink and natural pigments on rice paper. My primary tool is the flexible Oriental sheep's hair brush. In the calligraphy section you will find artwork brushed in different styles of Japanese calligraphy. The very different calligraphic styles evoke different moods, which you will be able to appreciate yourself by browsing the calligraphy print gallery.
