Description
The Japanese kanji Ki, or Chi/Qi in Chinese, means vital energy, life force, energy flow and mind, soul. I have brushed a semi-cursive version of the traditional Chinese character to increase the expressive quality of the Ki kanji. The original pictogram of Ki has two parts; the surrounding part is the radical "air", while the enclosed part means rice and indicates "steam".
