Description
The Chinese painter Qi Baishi once brushed a wonderful painting with the inscription: When a visitor came on a cold night I served him tea as substitute for wine. In my own version of hospitality I show two glasses of wine with a bountiful cluster of grapes, celebrating friendship and the muse. Together with the ink painting I brushed the line of poetry 'Who will share a dipper of wine?' by the Tang poet Han Shan also known as Cold Mountain.
