This calligraphy shows the Japanese kanji Fuku 福 or Fu in Chinese, brushed in gyosho, the semi-cursive style of Japanese calligraphy. Fuku means good luck, good fortune, happiness and blessing. The main feature of my art work is to grab the moment of inspiration and express in its fullness with the brush. My medium is ink and natural pigments on rice paper.
