Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This calligraphy shows the Japanese kanji Fuku 福, Fu in Chinese, which means good luck, good fortune, happiness and blessing. Actually the Fuku kanji shows an image that is familiar to all of us: a jar plenty of food or wine. When there is plenty of food and wine stored there is a feeling of good luck prosperity and peace.
My gallery presents calligraphies and paintings that breathe the spirit of contemporary Chinese and Japanese brush art. The main feature of my art work is to grab the moment of inspiration and express in its fullness with the brush. My medium is ink and natural pigments on rice paper. My primary tool is the flexible Oriental sheep's hair brush. In the calligraphy section you will find artwork brushed in different styles of Japanese calligraphy.
