Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This calligraphy shows the kanji Mu, 無 translated as emptiness, brushed in sosho, the cursive style of Japanese calligraphy.
After brushing this cursive Mu calligraphy, I thought it looked like a musical note, as if it were the eternal sound of emptiness, hence the title Zen Mu-sic.
The emptiness calligraphy also reminded me of this verse 'True emptiness is silent but always present', written by the 14th century Chinese Zen master hermit Stonehouse.
